Functional Fabric Fair Portland 2026

HITEK TEXTILE participated in Functional Fabric Fair Fall 2026, held October 27–28 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon. At Booth 666, we presented SiTEX® far-infrared functional fabrics alongside fabric samples and apparel applications for performance and everyday wear.

Exploring Functional Fabrics Through Hands-On Displays

Our booth brought together fabric swatches, garment samples, and technical displays, allowing visitors to explore fabric textures, stretch, hand feel, and potential applications.

The collection highlighted textile solutions for sportswear, activewear, base layers, and lifestyle apparel, connecting material technology with practical product development.

SiTEX®: Functionality Built into the Fiber

A key focus was SiTEX® far-infrared technology, which incorporates nanoscale natural mineral powder directly into fibers during spinning, rather than applying it as a surface coating.

Through fabric samples and manufacturing-process displays, we introduced how this built-in technology can be incorporated into functional fabrics designed for thermal comfort and repeated wear.

The exhibition also provided an opportunity to discuss moisture management, stretch, breathability, UV protection, and other performance requirements for different fabric applications.

Connecting with Textile Professionals

Throughout the exhibition, the HITEK team welcomed visitors to review materials and exchange ideas about functional fabrics and product applications.

These conversations provided opportunities to better understand sourcing needs and explore possibilities for custom fabric development across performance and lifestyle markets.

Thank you to everyone who visited HITEK TEXTILE at Booth 666. We look forward to continuing these conversations and developing functional fabric solutions with brands, garment manufacturers, and sourcing partners worldwide.
